Crystal Vision Steel Fabrication (CVSF), a key division of VDP Group, operates one of the most advanced steel fabrication facilities in the region. Located in Qatar’s New Industrial Area, our 11,801 m² facility combines cutting-edge technology with skilled craftsmanship to deliver world-class fabrication services for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Infrastructure sectors.
Manufacturing Capacity
Steel Production: 4,500 tons per month
Piping Fabrication: 60,000 diameter inches per month
Galvanization Capacity: 350 tons per day
Structural Steel Fabrication
We fabricate light, medium, and heavy structural steel components for onshore and offshore applications. From building frameworks to industrial plant structures, our production lines handle projects of all scales with highest quality and efficiency.
Piping Fabrication
Our specialized piping division fabricates spools and assemblies for process plants, refineries, and petrochemical facilities. All piping works comply with ASME, ASTM, and other international standards, supported by rigorous quality control and testing procedures.
Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers (JV with Phil Heavy Engineering – India)
We manufacture pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and reactors to exacting specifications (ASME, TEMA, ASTM, API, DIN). Our welding capabilities and quality systems ensure products meet the demanding requirements of the Oil & Gas industry.
Offshore Platform Structures
Our heavy fabrication capabilities extend to offshore platform components, connection bridges, subsea structures (Sea bed supports, Jetty Connections, Floaters, Gangway) which are built to withstand the most challenging marine environments with the support of Galvanization Yard and Coating specialiest available in Qatar.
Surface Treatment & Coating
Our integrated facility includes comprehensive sand blasting, painting, and thermal spray coating services. The adjacent galvanization plant ensures seamless production flow and superior corrosion protection.
Advanced Technology
Our facility features 8-Axis Cantilever Welding Robots with weld seam tracking, CNC Plasma/Oxy-fuel Cutting Machines (up to 100mm thickness), Automatic Pipe Profile Cutting (up to 40″ diameter), Sheet Rolling Machine (30mm x 3000mm capacity), and 70-Ton Overhead Crane.

Future Expansion
Our 70,000 m² Qatar Free Zone development will increase capacity to 12,000 tons/month structural steel and 50,000 diameter inches/month piping, with additional capabilities for OEM manufacturing, valve refurbishment, and vessel fabrication.
