Scope of Services

Mechanical & Electrical Services

We perform comprehensive MEP operation and maintenance works in compliance with approved O&M manuals and manufacturers’ recommendations. Our qualified technicians maintain HVAC systems, pumps, motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, and distribution networks. Through our partnership with QEMC, we provide KAHRAMAA Grade “A” certified electrical services.

Civil & Structural Maintenance

We manage the upkeep of buildings, roads, drainage systems, and landscaped areas. Our services include concrete repairs, waterproofing, painting, and periodic inspections to preserve structural integrity.

Cleaning Services

We provide reliable and comprehensive cleaning services tailored to meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Landscaping Services

Maintenance activities shall be undertaken according to the following classifications:

Preventive Maintenance (PM)

Scheduled inspections, testing, and servicing activities designed to identify potential issues before they result in equipment failure. Preventive Maintenance helps extend asset life, improve reliability, reduce operational risks, and ensure compliance with manufacturers’ recommendations and statutory requirements.

Routine Maintenance (RM)

Ongoing day-to-day maintenance tasks performed at defined intervals to maintain systems in safe and efficient working condition. These activities include cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, minor replacements, and operational checks to support uninterrupted facility operations.

Corrective Maintenance (CM)

Maintenance and repair works carried out to correct identified defects or malfunctions and restore equipment to its intended operational condition. Corrective Maintenance is executed following inspections, monitoring results, or fault reports to minimize performance degradation and prevent recurring failures.

Emergency Maintenance

Immediate maintenance actions taken in response to unexpected breakdowns, critical failures, or safety-related incidents. Emergency Maintenance ensures rapid restoration of essential services, protects assets, and maintains the safety and continuity of operations through prompt response and effective resolution.
