Site Administrator

Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily site administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Maintain attendance, work logs, and material records.
  • Manage attendance, timesheets, and daily manpower reports.
  • Coordinate communication between office and site staff.
  • Support document control, filing, and project data management.
  • Assist in procurement, logistics, and coordination activities.
  • Prepare reports and ensure proper record maintenance.
  • Prepare letters, memos, purchase requests, and basic site correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior experience in construction site administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, documentation, and standard office tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Transferable visa (mandatory).
