QS / Civil Estimator

Responsibilities:

Conduct quantity take-offs, measurements, and BOQs.
Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and technical submissions.
Evaluate subcontractor quotes and proposals.
Conduct budget monitoring and variation analysis.
Monitor material consumption and site cost control.
Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams.
Prepare reports and estimation-related documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in building construction estimation and QA/QC.
Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and project costing.
Experience with tendering processes and estimation software.
Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
Transferable visa (mandatory).

Salary Package:

Competitive salary — Negotiable depending on experience.
