• Lead and oversee full project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Plan and organize the project from start to finish
• Manage construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and MMUP regulations.
• Review designs, technical specifications, and project plans.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and present project updates to management.
• MMUP Grade A certification (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in managing building construction projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Transferable visa (mandatory).
