MEP Tendering & Estimating Specialist
About:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Tendering & Estimating Specialist to support our project tendering activities through accurate cost estimation and competitive bid preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, drawings, and BOQs.
- Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
- Prepare tender proposals, cost sheets, and technical submissions.
- Maintain pricing databases, historical cost records, and vendor lists.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Perform cost analysis and value engineering to support optimized proposals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in MEP tendering and estimation.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Transferable visa required (local candidates only).
