In line with its strategic growth objectives, Vision Development Project has strengthened its capabilities through a collaboration with Al Bahr Al Arabi Group, a UK-based industrial group established in 1998 in Ajman and later relocated to Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah (UAE) in 2004. With a solid track record in the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, Al Bahr Al Arabi Group brings decades of experience in executing complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects, including oil storage terminals, distillation plants, and major industrial facilities.
This partnership combines Vision Development’s local expertise and project experience with Al Bahr Al Arabi’s global engineering and industrial know-how, creating a powerful synergy designed to meet the demands of Qatar’s evolving Oil & Gas, Power, and Desalination sectors.
Together, the two entities are positioned to deliver specialized EPC and steel fabrication services that uphold the highest international standards while contributing to Qatar’s industrial growth and infrastructure development.

With decades of expertise in executing complex EPC projects, including oil storage terminals, distillation plants, and major industrial facilities across the UAE, we bring this wealth of knowledge and proven methodologies to Qatar.

Vision Development Project is a Qatari-owned company founded in 2014, headquartered in Ain Khalid, Doha, Qatar. Holding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 45001 certifications, specialized in a diverse range of services, including Building Construction, Civil and Infrastructure works, Irrigation, and Landscaping. Management Team
Our Management Team consists of highly experienced professionals who provide strategic direction, uphold operational excellence, and drive continuous growth. Their leadership fosters strong partnerships, ensures high-quality project delivery, and reinforces our commitment to the company’s long-term vision under the stewardship of our CEO- Mr. Abdulla Talib S H Al-Ghadid.
General Manager, Oil & Gas Division
Mr. Mohammed Kazim Khan, a key member of the management team, brings over 25+ years of extensive experience in the Oil & Gas sector in both India and Qatar. He will oversee the overall operations of the Oil & Gas division, including new steel fabrication works and the project department, ensuring customer satisfaction and the timely delivery of projects within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Additionally, he will play a crucial role in the company's growth in Qatar, leveraging his expertise in EPIC works and cultivating a skilled team to efficiently manage various projects and services across the Oil & Gas sector. He is being instrumental in completing various EPIC projects with QatarEnergy such as CNG Bus filling stations at MIC & RLIC, DPFU Phase-1 Mechanical completion at Dukhan and have worked at Ras Laffan, Dukhan and Mesaieed and is well aware of the functional process of handling QatarEnergy projects.
General Manager- Civil & Infrastructure
Vision Development Project WLL proudly contributes to Qatar’s rapid transformation by delivering critical infrastructure and essential systems that connect and empower communities and industries.
Civil Infrastructure: Development of resilient road networks and utility network such as potable, TSE, Drainage and telecom networks to support urban growth.
Oil & Gas Projects: Execution of steel fabrication, piping installation, civil works, foundations, and equipment installation with strict safety and precision standards.
Integrated Divisions: Comprehensive expertise in steel erection, piping, electrical, and MEP services, ensuring fully operational and efficient structures.

Finance Manager

Head of Facility
Our Facility Management Department is committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality environment that supports all operational needs across the organization. Our scope of work covers a wide range of essential services, including but not limited to electrical systems, plumbing networks, HVAC equipment, civil works, landscape care, and pest control, all delivered through comprehensive preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance practices. By combining technical expertise with a proactive service approach, we ensure the smooth functioning of all facilities while enhancing comfort, reliability, and the overall workplace experience.
I. Design and engineering support for customized steel structures.
II. Advanced cutting, welding, and assembly of steel components.
III. Fabrication of beams, columns, trusses, frames, and structural supports.
IV. Piping Spools Fabrication for all type of steels.
V. Structural Steels Fabrication including supports, handrails, ladders, platforms, equipment foundation frames.
VI. Specialized fabrication works like Structural Tanks, conical vent, stack assembly.
VII. Offshore platform fabrication.
VIII. Erection of structural elements for warehouses, plant structures, pipe racks etc.
IX. Manufacturing of pressurized vessels, tanks a per API 650, API 620, UM / U certified.
I. Design and engineering support for isometric drawings review and preparation of fabrication drawings.
II. Capability of handling all sorts of piping materials such as CS, SS, Inconel, LTCS, GRP, GRE.
III. PIG Launcher & Receiver fabrication and hydrotesting.
IV. Subsea Piping fabrication in concrete pipes
V. Cold bending of pipes upto 20”.

III. Material stacking in the storage yard with proper material identification as per client, issuance and material tracking system shall be established.
