Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Policy

Vision Development Project strives to conduct its business in manner which ensure customer and other requirements are delivered while maintaining a safe and clean environment and keeping all risks to people and business at the lowest reasonable level. This practical approach will ensure customer satisfaction, promote growth and eventually provide profitability will ensure customer satisfaction, promote growth and eventually provide profitability to VDP.

This QHSE policy is achieved through:

  • Fulfillment of all commitments made to the internal and external customers in an effective and efficient manner, exceeding their expectations by delivering safety highquality products in a timely, accurate and reliable manner with as minimum negative effect on the environment.
  • Assure a safe and environmentally friendly work place by establishing operational control procedures, conducting regular risk assessments and inspections and providing the adequate communication and awareness for our employees and affected parties.
  • Comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements (Legal & other requirements)
  • Plan, respond and recover from any emergency or crisis situations.
  • Allocate necessary resources and provide all necessary IMS training to all personnel to ensure that our Policy is upheld to improve quality, safety and environmental consciousness.
  • Identify and reduce the likelihood and/or severity of significant threats related to quality, health, safety environment and business; and subsequently prevent ill-health, injuries and environmental impacts.
  • Encourage ownership and commitments to our IMS through consultation and communication at all levels within the business.
  • Ensure Performance is effectively measured, monitored and reported,
